Every guest, volunteer, and community partner is part of this vision — together, we’re creating pathways from homelessness to hope.
WHO WE ARE
Founded in 2013, City Lights Foundation is a Tulsa-based nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity for those experiencing homelessness. Our approach is rooted in compassion and connection: building relationships that last, offering homes that heal, and creating opportunities for transformation.

Through a network of programs and housing initiatives, we meet people where they are — providing immediate relief, long-term solutions, and the supportive community needed to thrive.
